Some people choose to handle those challenges alone, out of fear of being judged by people around them for not bracing up. The average person in the 21st century refuses to admit they need help as much as the next person. However, we need to know that giving and receiving support is a basic human need. We employ housemaids and nannies even meet our colleagues over tough assignments because we need help.
